NGO / Keiichi Nabeshima

Hi! It's me, Keiichi Nabeshima. Are you guys rockin`? Have you tried the ultra-techno instrumental "NGO"? How do you feel when you beat it? Is it like being a world-class player?? The "Oni" phrase at the last part of song is not only musically sophisticated but creates a very difficult challenge for the game. I'm looking forward to hearing from the brave dancers who are not afraid of this song.

PARANOiA 〜HADES〜 / αTYPE-300

If my memory is correct, it was the 8th of August in 2006. Under the perfect sky without clouds, I had arrived at a certain arcade in Tenoji, Osaka. I was there to attend an event... yeah, for the commemoration of DDR`s comeback. The place was packed, and I made a promise in front of all those people to produce a new PARANOiA... At that moment, my spirit was drug deep into the underworld. Hades had been calling me in my heart and told me that this was to be my new burden. At that point I devoted myself to complete the production, all the while being afraid... aware of Hades always watching me. The rhythm`s irregular change every four measures shows how nervous and disturbed I was due to Hades` continued presence. Always running to escape from Hades and the underworld, I would lose my breath and scream out... yet still keep running... my fear of Hades escalating so that my heart rate reached 300... then, I saw something when finishing up the song.... it was a shadow with a huge sickle and the crimson red of...

Unreal / Black Rose Garden

Hi, thanks for playing DDR! We are so glad to hear that a lot of people are playing our song, "Unreal." It`s a rock track, so we gave it a good, fast, rock-n-roll beat and filled it with the spirit of live performance. We hope you enjoy playing it as much as we did making it! Later!

Vem brincar / Caldeira feat.Tka Penteriche

TOMO-chin, who loves Brazil more than anybody I know, said while eating Indian curry, "I can't get Brazil out of my mind...". So I say, while drinking my Lassi, "What!? How did Brazil cross your mind while you`re eating Indian curry!? Unbelievable!". That was the moment the song was born. It's a Brazilian House track blessed by the God of Curry. The sound of it`s birth was so loud that I said, wide-eyed, "Meow, meow, MEOOOOWWW!!"... and then TOMO-chin sadly shook his head... Oops! let's get back to the topic...

<DJ YOSHITAKA>

This track was born while I was eating Indian curry and thinking of going to Brazil. After that I found little gaps in Yoshi`s determination (he had previously refused my wish to join the Pirates). Although I only play the electric piano on this song, my longing to visit Brazil and my pity towards the Pirates are beautifully woven into it. When I played it for Yoshi, he exclaimed, "Meow, Meow, MEOOOWWW!!" And I said, with coffee on my hand, "When did you overcome your allergy to cats!?" We fell into an awkward silence...

volcano / Yasuhiro Abe

This is a upbeat, progressive-rock number. It might take some time and practice to master the track, but it`s definitely worth it. It's the challenge! In the composition process I really enjoyed framing the melody, which will probably sound strange at first, in a way that will take the listener into their own mysterious and imaginary world. It is absolutely guaranteed that you will be addicted to it. In addition, I had Yozo on guitar and Nobu on bass this time. Both of them have been working closely with me and always give me new inspiration and energy. Their aggressiveness and enthusiasm during recording helped complete the song exactly as I planned.

In regards to the composition, I used 6 different guitar parts. I also used several applications such as ProTools, Amp Farm, Guitar Rig, and Sans Amp in order to amplify each feature of the song. I even joined in and played some guitar parts myself to help achieve it`s intensity. It is an instrumental monster that rapidly develops and will get you dancing for sure. I hope all of you enjoy this hyped-up sound in DDR!
