The best story of the 20th Century (MGS1) + the best game system of the 21st Century (MGS2)

The story of MGS1 was praised as one of the best stories for a video game.
MGS2 was critically acclaimed for its action and game system.
TWIN SNAKES is the re-creation of the best story with the best game system.
It is a re-imagination (remake) possible only with the medium of video games.

S N A K E

An armed force takes over a nuclear weapons disposal facility on Shadow Moses Island, way north of Alaska. The fate of the human race rests on one man. MGS, which swept the world in 1998, now incorporates new systems added to MGS2 such as first-person-view shooting. The story line of MGS1 and the game system of MGS2 fuse luxuriously and return to the Game Cube.
Under the brain of Hideo Kojima, the original MGS staff restructure the entire skeleton -- the map, effects, motions, polygon demos, etc.
The legendary snake now becomes real.

D R A G O N

The directing of the story portion is done by film director Ryuhei Kitamura -- the "hottest man" gathering global attention for his works such as "VERSUS" and "AZUMI". Based on the MGS scenario created by Hideo Kojima, the storyboard has been re-created from scratch. All motion capturing is given detailed direction, all voice-overs redone.
Ryuhei Kitamura's blood is poured into the real time polygon demo technology nurtured through MGS, MGS2, and ZOE2. A deep drama "beyond games" now acquires flesh more powerful and dynamic.

Silicon Knights of Canada -- dveloper of "Eternal Darkness" -- create the character and stage models and also work on the programming and sound. They are polishing all elements of the original and are working on the remake.
A Konami Computer Entertainment Japan staff stationed in Canada takes command at the frontline to check every single detail of the game.
The boundary-transcending "Japanese Samurai VERSUS Canadian Knight" duel continues.
With the full support or Nintendo, the technology of Silicon Knights who know the Game Cube inside out pumps new life into MGS.
