KONAMI is in Cologne, Germany for gamescom, Europe's largest interactive games and entertainment trade fair, running from August 19th to 23rd.

Visitors to the fair can catch the first kickoff of PES 2010 - Pro Evolution Soccer on the KONAMI booth's special demo machines. This latest title in KONAMI's popular Winning Eleven series, which has sold over 55,500,000 copies^* worldwide, features enhanced on-field action and graphics to make the gameplay more realistic than ever.

Another highlight of KONAMI is the latest trailer for METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER, the newest addition to the METAL GEAR franchise created by Hideo Kojima. The renowned KONAMI game creator was honored with a “Lifetime Achievement Award” at the 2009 Game Developer's Choice Awards this March for his ongoing endeavors to expand the horizons of digital entertainment.

Also making its debut at the fair is KONAMI's pop'n rhythm (known as pop'n music in Japan). The debut title along with other music videogame titles like Let's Party, DanceDanceRevolution HOTTEST PARTY2, and Karaoke Revolution has the venue hopping with excitement.

The extensive lineup of thrilling game titles that includes Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Castlevania - Lords of Shadow - is sure to keep the spotlight on KONAMI throughout this five-day event.
